Conditions for Returns
1. The item needs to be brand-new, unworn, unwashed, and defect-free. Fashion items are still regarded as unworn even after being tried on to check fit. We retain the right to send a product back to you if it is returned to us in subpar condition.
2. The goods ought to come with its original tags, warranty cards, user manual, freebies, and attachments.
3. The item needs to be sent back in its original, undamaged box or packaging from the manufacturer. The goods must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached if it was sent in a second layer of Daraz packaging. The manufacturer's box should not have tape or stickers applied to it.
4. Please pick up the Daraz Return Acknowledgment Form at the Hub and complete it on your own when returning the item. We will retain a copy for our records, and you can keep one copy for yourself.
Note: To prevent any annoyance or delays in the return process, it is crucial to include the order number and return tracking number on your box.
